What You'll Do As a Crew Member, you'll help bring the Jersey Mike's experience to life by:- Preparing fresh, high-quality subs and menu items according to Jersey Mike's standards
- Providing friendly, personalized service and creating a welcoming experience for every customer
- Maintaining a clean, organized, and inviting restaurant environment
- Following food safety, sanitation, and quality standards
- Learning all areas of restaurant operations, including food preparation, customer service, and teamwork
- Creating positive interactions with customers through genuine conversation and Jersey Mike's signature "neighborly banter"
- Working with urgency while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail
- Supporting your teammates and contributing to a positive restaurant culture
- Enjoy working with people and creating great customer experiences
- Bring a positive attitude and strong work ethic to every shift
