Working across digital, social, events, and emerging AI channels, this role leverages data, insights, and collaboration to increase brand visibility, engagement, and business impact.This position reports to the VP, Corporate Marketing and Brand Strategy and is part of the Corporate Communications team located in Boston, MA and will be an on-site role.In this role, you will have the opportunity to:Execute Integrated Brand Strategy: Support the development and activation of brand marketing initiatives that drive awareness, consideration, and preference while ensuring brand consistency across all customer and employee touchpoints.Develop and Scale Content & Storytelling: Create, manage, and optimize audience-centric content across digital, social, events, owned channels, and AI-powered platforms to strengthen brand engagement and impact.Drive Digital Marketing & Performance Insights: Apply digital marketing, SEO, and AI-enabled best practices while monitoring campaign performance, analyzing results, and reporting on key brand and marketing metrics.Manage Brand Activations & Cross-Functional Programs: Coordinate sponsorships, partnerships, events, and internal engagement initiatives, working closely with stakeholders, agencies, and cross-functional teams to deliver integrated marketing programs.Lead Marketing Operations & Project Execution: Manage project plans, timelines, budgets, competitive analysis, dashboards, and reporting to ensure efficient execution and measurable marketing ROI.The essential requirements of the job include:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.1+ years of experience in brand marketing, digital marketing, communications, or a related field supporting marketing initiatives and campaigns.Experience supporting integrated marketing campaigns across multiple channels, including digital, social media, email, and content marketing platforms.Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications (PowerPoint, Excel, Word) and project management tools.Experience using digital analytics, social media management, AI-enabled marketing platforms, and marketing performance reporting tools.Travel, Motor Vehicle Record & Physical/Environment Requirements:Ability to travel up to 20% with US and some international travelIt would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:Experience with marketing automation, CRM, social media management, or analytics platforms.Knowledge of SEO, SEM, AEO and digital marketing measurement.Familiarity with AI-powered marketing tools and content optimization platforms.Experience working in a corporate, B2B, healthcare, life sciences, or technology environment.Danaher offers a broad array of comprehensive, competitive benefit programs that add value to our lives. This is the range that we in good faith believe is the range of possible compensation for this role at the time of this posting. This range may be modified in the future.This job is also eligible for bonus/incentive pay.We offer comprehensive package of benefits including paid time off, medical/dental/vision insurance and 401(k) to eligible employees.Note: No amount of pay is considered to be wages or compensation until such amount is earned, vested, and determinable.
