Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care in the Emergency Department as part of an interdisciplinary team.
- Assess, triage, monitor, and reassess patients; administer medications and initiate emergency interventions as needed.
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and allied staff to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Document patient findings, interventions, and outcomes accurately in the medical record; ensure patient safety and privacy.
- Educate patients and families regarding diagnoses, conditions, and discharge instructions; advocate for patient needs and preferences.
- Adhere to professional practice standards, ethics, and organizational policies; participate in quality improvement and evidence-based practice initiatives.

Requirements
- Current RN license in Georgia (active and in good standing) or eligibility to practice in Georgia.
- ER nursing experience preferred; ability to perform effectively in a high-acuity, fast-paced environment.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills; demonstrated ability to collaborate across disciplines.
- Ability to work nights and adapt to variable patient volumes and acuity.
- Knowledge of and commitment to nursing standards and ethical practice.
