Your work will ensure our residents receive the high standard of care they have grown to expect at Avantara Joliet by providing nutrition services and medical nutrition therapy, evaluating, monitoring, and documenting the nutritional status and needs of our residents, identifying and providing nutritional counselling to meet the cultural needs of our residents and writing dietary orders. Qualifications To be eligible for consideration applicants should have a bachelor’s degree in Food and Nutrition, Dietetics, Nutritional Sciences or a similar field and a valid, unencumbered State of Illinois Clinical Dietitian License.
