Client Services Administrator (Part-Time)
Saguaro Aquatics – Tucson, AZ$18/hour | ~27 hours/week
Saguaro Aquatics is currently hiring Front Desk Sales & Client Services Coordinators for our two indoor aquatics facilities in Tucson. Now in our 19th year, we provide high-quality swim instruction for students ages 6 months through adult.
This role blends customer service, sales, and administrative support in a dynamic, team-oriented environment. As the first point of contact for families, you will play a key role in supporting enrollment, scheduling, and daily operations.

Comprehensive hands-on, side-by-side training is provided and supported by a detailed operations manual to ensure your success.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver a welcoming, professional experience for all clients and staff
- Promote programs and complete swim lesson enrollments (sales)
- Coordinate scheduling and communication between families, coaches, deck supervisors, and management
- Manage client accounts, registrations, and payments
- Respond to phone, email, and in-person inquiries promptly and professionally, demonstrating strong prioritization and task management skills
- Uphold company policies, procedures, and safety standards
- Resolve client concerns with professionalism and sound judgment
- Support marketing efforts and client outreach initiatives
- Support daily operations by keeping key areas tidy, reporting maintenance needs, and coordinating with vendors as needed.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree required, or at least 1 year of relevant sales or administrative experience
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Dropbox
- Positive, professional attitude with strong written and verbal communication skills
- Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
- CPR/First Aid certified (or willing to obtain)
- Must pass a background check
- Saturday availability required
Schedule (~27 hours/week)
- Sunday: Off
- Monday: 10:00 AM – 3:30 PM (PIMA)
- Tuesday: 9:00 AM – 3:30 PM (PIMA)
- Wednesday: Off (required virtual team meeting from 1:30 – 2:30 PM)
- Thursday: Off
- Friday: 1:30 PM – 7:30 PM (PIMA)
- Saturday: Alternating locations
- PIMA: 9:00 AM – 6:30 PM
- THOR: 9:00 AM – 4:00 PM
