Overview Baylor Scott & White Institute for Rehabilitation Carrollton, TX Physical Therapist Outpatient Full Time Salary range: $80,080.00 - $108,804.80 Compensation depends upon candidate’s years of experience Carrollton Hebron is seeking a full time PT. We are primarily a sports and orthopedic clinic. Rehab services include non-operative and post-operative orthopedic care, vestibular and concussion management, treatment of the overhead athlete. The ideal candidate would have strong manual therapy skills, sports/orthopedic training, and have a history of program/relationship building with local high schools, athletic trainers, and competitive sports programs to optimize continuity of care and a pathway to return to sport. Responsibilities Initial and ongoing systematic patient assessment Patient Case Load Average: 10-12 patients a day Timely and accurate documentation using TherapEBridge Interpreting assessment/diagnostic data including medical notes and surgery reports Ensuring medical orders are transcribed and processed accurately Promoting continuous quality improvement Instructing and counseling patients/families as needed Qualifications Current state licensure or eligibility for state licensure as a Physical Therapist required.
