Position Physical Therapist – Full‑time (San Antonio, TX) Job Overview Airrosti Providers (licensed Chiropractors and Physical Therapists) are full‑time, W‑2 employees who share one mission: to fix pain fast. You’ll focus on hands‑on manual therapy, therapeutic exercise instruction, and patient education—without the pressures of managing staff or running a business. At least 1 year of experience as a full‑time Physical Therapist. Passionate about patient care. Exceptional palpation skills with above‑average hand and grip strength. Affinity for soft‑tissue work and rehab; experience in ART, MFR, or similar techniques is preferred. Compensation & Benefits $72,000 – $100,000+ (first year) for PTs with 1–3 years of experience. $90,000 – $120,000+ (first year) for PTs with 3+ years of experience.
