Learn more at [ Job Summary: The Industrial Engineer (IE) is a key member of the Continuous Improvement team, leading and supporting high-impact initiatives across Distribution operations. This role identifies and executes opportunities to reduce costs, improve quality, increase capacity, maximize processing efficiencies, and enhance customer satisfaction. The IE evaluates processes, challenges existing practices, and drives sustainable improvements through the application of Lean, Six Sigma, and Industrial Engineering principles, supported by data-driven analysis, standardized workflows, and performance management. Operating in a highly cross-functional environment, the role partners with Operations, Supply Chain, Safety, Quality, Engineering, and IT, while collaborating with Global Operational Excellence teams to deploy and align with company-wide initiatives with occasional support to other sites. This position manages multiple concurrent projects, ensuring alignment to business priorities and successful delivery from concept through implementation using structured problem-solving and project management methodologies. The IE may also engage vendors and external partners to support process, equipment, and technology initiatives. The Industrial Engineer improves operational performance within Distribution by enabling more efficient, consistent, and scalable processes. This role drives measurable business impact through strong project leadership, analytical capability, translation of business priorities into actionable improvements, and driving strategy into practical operational execution.
