Key Responsibilities: As the Licensed Nursing Home Administrator, you will provide strategic and operational leadership for the facility while maintaining a strong focus on resident care and team development.

• Overseeing all day-to-day facility operations, including clinical, financial, and administrative functions
• Leading and supporting department heads and interdisciplinary teams
• Ensuring compliance with all federal, state, and local regulations
• Promoting high standards of resident care, safety, and quality outcomes
• Managing facility budgets, operational performance, and census development
• Building positive relationships with residents, families, staff, physicians, and community partners
• Supporting employee engagement, retention, and professional development
• Creating and maintaining a positive, collaborative workplace culture
• Ensuring the facility operates efficiently while maintaining exceptional standards of care

Requirements

Licensed Nursing Home Administrator Qualifications:

• Current and valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator (LNHA) license in the State of Illinois
• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university required
• Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Nursing Home Administrator
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
• Ability to effectively manage multiple departments and priorities
• Positive attitude with a collaborative, team-focused approach
• Commitment to excellence in long-term care and resident satisfaction
