The Chavez Foundation is seeking a Senior Project Manager to lead complex financial processes for affordable housing in California and the Southwest. You will own funding strategy, underwriting, and applications for acquisition, construction, and permanent financing. Under senior leadership, you will coordinate with Finance, Construction, and Leadership to optimize capital strategies.
