Be part of our shared mission with Orbia to Advance Life Around the World.Key ResponsibilitiesFulfill orders by packaging materials and preparing shipment.Store materials in designated locations.Safely operate forklift/lift equipment for shipping, receiving, feeding/clearing production lines and work areas.Load/unload shipments.Report inventory receipts.Provide documentation to Shipping/Receiving Coordinator.Inspect shipments for damage.Communicate with carriers.Assist cycle counts.Understand material requirements for products during shift.Coordinate with production for material staging.RequirementsBasic math/measurement & reading comprehension skillsAble to operate forklift safely.Shipping/Receiving experience.Distribution warehouse procedures.Physical strength, heavy equipment, non-climate environment, indoor/outdoor activity, swamping/dunnage/boxes/bags.Physical requirements: move around obstacles, wear required PPE, stand and walk for 8-12 hours, work near hot machinery, and climb, reach, squat, and bend.Perks of Joining Our TeamMedical, Dental, and Vision Insurance Benefits Starting Day One!!Strong 401(k): up to 6% company match, + automatic 3% company contributionQuarterly Performance, Referral Bonus, Sign On Bonus, and/or other rewards if applicable!!Generous Paid PTO, Sick Time & Parental Leave!!Company-Paid Insurance Coverage!!Career Growth & Wellness Support!!Tuition, Fitness, Safety Boots & Safety Glasses Reimbursement!!The compensation for this position is typically start at $17-$19/Hour.The actual base pay offered to the successful candidate will be based on multiple factors, including but not limited to job-related knowledge/skills, experience, geographical location, and internal equity. The compensation package may also include short and long-term incentive compensation.
