Technical Project Manager

Job Summary:

The TAS2 role involves leading the development of RFPs, gathering requirements, drafting SLAs, and supporting vendor selection for a major licensing system project. The position requires strong project management skills to coordinate stakeholders, manage project plans, and assist in procurement activities to ensure a successful contract award, operating within a hybrid work environment. Responsibilities:

• Lead RFP development and preparation.
• Gather and document project requirements.
• Draft Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• Support vendor selection and procurement activities.
• Manage project plans and coordinate stakeholders.
• Drive the contract award process to successful completion.
• Work effectively in a hybrid work environment.

Required Skills & Certifications:

• 10+ years of Project Management experience.
• 5+ years of experience in Requirements Gathering.
• 5+ years of experience drafting Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
• 3+ years of experience in RFP Preparation.

Preferred Skills & Certifications:

• Technical Writing experience.
• PMP Certification preferred.
• Familiarity with licensing systems or public sector projects.

Scheduling:

• 40 hours per week.
• Location: Dauphin, PA.
• Job duration: 8+ months.
