Responsibilities: Works with Leadership to execute improvements to close operational gaps. Demonstrates a passion for knowledge and has a constant learner mindset. Follows all processes without taking shortcuts. Can effectively communicate shift and business needs, identify gaps and offer feedback to help other's grow. Can demonstrate impact during shift operations and problem solve when working with others. “Hands-on” training in all shift operations of the restaurant to increase knowledge and gain experience on how to effectively run a multi-million dollar business Providing the highest quality customer service to all guests Bringing a positive attitude to each day and contributing to the overall culture of our restaurant Leading a team of 10-20+ by inspiring & motivating, coaching mindset, and holding others accountable to our standards Maximizing productivity while maintaining 5 star service, quality and cleanliness Maintaining a work environment that promotes food safety Food Safety Certification and training Ensure proper recording of food waste and track trends to inform of appropriate action. Requirements High school diploma or associate’s degree (preferred) A positive attitude Displays patience & a positive attitude. Adaptable, dependable, and strong work ethic.
