Manager Trainee

Overview We are Tower Loan, a company committed to developing future leaders. The Manager Development Program is a full‑time, 10‑12‑month training designed to give Manager Trainees the knowledge, skills, and experience to thrive in consumer finance and progress into leadership roles. Responsibilities Become proficient in customer service, sales, marketing, finance, and operations. Develop long‑term customer relationships by listening to customer needs and recommending the best service. Offer optional products to serve new and existing customers. Contact customers regarding payment reminders and arrangements. Assist the Manager in exceeding established office goals. Provide support in management responsibilities such as delegating employee workload and analyzing loan documents. Develop and demonstrate skills in all management aspects, including recruitment, staff development, performance management, and leadership. Perform other duties as assigned. Qualifications High School Diploma or GED. Willingness to relocate upon promotion into management. Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle. Preferred: Sales, Collections, or Customer Service experience. Location & Schedule Location: On‑Site Schedule: Monday through Friday, 8:30AM to 5:30PM, with some extended hours during the week as needed; may include Saturday.
