Pride Health is seeking an Associate Clinical Research Coordinator to support a leading healthcare and research organization in Rochester, MN 55905. - Local's pay range: $25 - $30/hour (*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.)
- Travel pay range: $1400-$1620/week (*Offered pay rate will be based on education, experience, and healthcare credentials.)
Job Description:
The Associate Clinical Research Coordinator will support clinical research studies under the direction of principal investigators, supervisors, and research staff. This role involves participant recruitment, study coordination, data collection, regulatory support, and protocol management to ensure efficient and compliant execution of research studies.
Duties:
- Coordinate non-therapeutic clinical research protocols in compliance with institutional and federal guidelines.
- Assist with complex or interventional studies under supervision.
- Screen, recruit, and enroll research participants.
- Coordinate study schedules, blood draws, appointments, and participant activities.
- Monitor study activities and maintain accurate documentation.
- Recognize and report adverse events, protocol deviations, and unexpected issues.
- Collect, abstract, and enter research data accurately.
- Perform administrative and regulatory duties related to research studies.
- Assist with protocol development, editing, amendments, and IRB submissions.
- Communicate with study sites, research teams, and sponsors regarding study updates.
- Support kit building, patient communication, and study logistics coordination.
Requirements:
- High School Diploma or GED with at least 3 years of related experience.
- OR
- Associate’s Degree/Certificate Program with at least 1 year of related experience.
OR
- Bachelor’s Degree with clinical or related experience.
- Strong organizational and communication skills required.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Preferred Qualifications:
- One (1) year of clinical research experience preferred.
- Medical terminology coursework preferred.
- Graduate or diploma from a study coordinator training program preferred.
- Experience with protocol coordination and regulatory compliance preferred.
