Job Description

Canton Christian Home is looking for a caring, dependable, and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our Assisted Living team!

Position: Assisted Living LPN

Shift: 2:30 PM – 11:00 PM
Status: Full-Time / Part-Time Available

What You’ll Do

Provide compassionate nursing care to our Assisted Living residents
Administer medications and treatments as ordered
Monitor residents and report changes in condition
Complete accurate documentation and charting
Work closely with STNAs, residents, families, and other healthcare professionals
Assist with care plans and ensure resident needs are met
Promote a safe, respectful, and comfortable environment for our residents
Follow all facility policies and state regulations

What We’re Looking For

Current Ohio LPN license in good standing
Previous long-term care or assisted living experience preferred
Strong communication and organizational skills
Dependable attendance and a positive attitude
Compassionate and respectful approach to resident care
Ability to work effectively as part of a team
