Payroll Specialist I

Position Title: Payroll Specialist I As the Payroll Specialist, you would be responsible for supporting the Payroll Director and Senior Director of Human Resources & Payroll in payroll operations and ensuring accurate and timely payroll processing in accordance with federal, state, and local laws. Associate or bachelor’s degree in accounting, business administration, or a closely related field or payroll certification preferred. Intermediate/Advanced experience in all MS Office applications. Knowledge of wage and hour laws and multi-state jurisdiction; payroll tax calculations and payroll software. Strong organizational and interpersonal skills. Ability to accurately deal with detailed and complex information in a confidential manner. Valid driver’s license, proof of automobile insurance, and reliable transportation.
