What You'll Do

• Provide expert nursing care for critically ill adult patients in ICU and inpatient units
• Manage ventilators, CRRT, chest tubes, PICC lines, and other invasive procedures
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams for patient care planning and execution
• Respond to emergency codes, conduct own assessments, and initiate appropriate interventions
• Float to various inpatient units including med/surg, med/tele, acute/tele, and ED, with prior experience
• Follow hospital protocols and maintain proper documentation in EPIC EMR
• Participate in orientation and ongoing training to ensure quality care delivery

What You Need

• Valid Kansas RN license or Compact RN license
• BLS, ACLS, NIHF certifications required
• At least 2 years recent ICU/CCU experience demonstrated in resume
• Strong critical thinking, communication, and teamwork skills
• Ability to work independently and respond promptly to emergency situations
