The Reality (Read This Carefully)

A typical week includes:

• Business planning and strategy
• Multiple team meetings (training, coaching, accountability)
• Buyer and seller appointments
• Showings, tours, and shadowing opportunities
• Prospecting and follow-up

Evenings and weekends are part of the job , especially early on. As production increases, agents earn more control over their schedule. At the beginning, momentum comes first.

This is real estate. It's also demanding.

Compensation & Costs (Transparency Matters)

• Tiered compensation structure with clear upward pathways
• Monthly team dues: $110
• One-time onboarding fee: $110
• REALTOR board dues: approximately $500-$600 annually
• New agents should be financially prepared for 30-60 days without commission

There is a clear path to listings, leadership (Platinum tier), expansion, and higher splits over time.
