Job Description & Requirements Specialty: Pediatric Physical Therapist Discipline: Therapy Duration: Ongoing Employment Type: Staff Job Summary BJC HealthCare is seeking a full‑time Pediatric Physical Therapist for an outpatient setting at St. Louis Children’s Hospital in Valley Park, Missouri. The role involves an ortho caseload and prefers an ATC background. Key Responsibilities Works 5 8‑hour days (no weekends or holidays). Establishes treatment plans and provides treatment, considering discharge needs, functional status, and equipment. Educates, collaborates with, and confers with patients, families, and other healthcare providers, making referrals as needed. Delegates tasks to assistants, technicians, and students, determining required skill level. Completes documentation in accordance with departmental policies. Performs assessment, reassessment, and/or consultations for Physical Therapy Services. Maintains continuous CEU budget and participates in training. Minimum Qualifications Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy. Physical Therapist license. No prior experience required. Preferred Qualifications Master’s Degree in Physical Therapy.
