Occupational Therapist PRN
PARADIGM REHAB & HEALTH CARE LLC
About this position Occupational Therapist PRN will provide direct patient care to home bound patients. Responsibilities and Duties Develops and revises plan of care in consultation with physician and other care-team members. Provides therapeutic treatments and evaluation of equipment needs as applicable. Participates in clinical conferences and in-service programs. Conducts on-site supervisory visits of certified occupational therapy assistants. Advises and consults with the family and other agency personnel as applicable. Prepares clinical and progress notes. Protects and honors patient and coworker confidentiality and right to privacy. Evaluates outcomes of care. Plans for discharge. Qualifications and Skills Current Texas OT License. Current Certification in BSL/CPR. Valid Texas Driver's License and Automobile Insurance. Knowledge of WellSky EMR software is a plus.
