Press Operator / General Laborer
Job Type: Full-Time
Schedule: 6:00-2:30 M-T. 6:00-12:00 Friday

Job Summary
We are looking for a dependable and hardworking Press Operator / General Laborer to join our team. This position is responsible for safely operating production equipment, assisting with material handling, maintaining a clean and organized work area, and supporting daily manufacturing operations.
The ideal candidate is reliable, safety-conscious, able to follow instructions, and comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Safely operate servo presses and other production equipment according to company procedures.
- Load and unload materials and finished products.
- Manage run logs and quality data
- Monitor equipment and production processes for proper operation.
- Measure and inspect parts to ensure they meet specifications.
- Assist with setup, changeovers, and routine production tasks.
- Move materials, parts, and supplies throughout the facility.
- Package, label, stack, and prepare finished products for shipment.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.
- Follow all company safety policies and procedures.
- Report equipment issues, quality concerns, or unsafe conditions to supervisors.
- Perform other general labor and production duties as assigned.
Qualifications
- Previous manufacturing, press operation, or general labor experience preferred.
- Ability to read and follow work instructions.
- Basic math and measurement skills.
- Ability to use basic hand tools and measuring equipment.
- Good attention to detail and commitment to quality.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic.
- Ability to stand for extended periods and perform physical tasks.
- Ability to lift and move materials as required.
- Willingness to follow safety procedures and wear required personal protective equipment (PPE).
