Store Manager - Full Time

Role Overview: Responsible for managing store operations, employee recruitment, training, and performance evaluations. Ensures proper staffing, merchandise presentation, inventory control, and financial integrity. Provides excellent customer service and maintains a clean, safe environment. Key Duties: Oversee staffing, train employees, evaluate performance, manage inventory, control costs, and ensure compliance with policies and safety standards. Operations: Open and close the store, monitor sales trends, manage stock levels, and maintain merchandise presentation according to company standards. Customer Service & Safety: Lead in delivering superior service, foster a secure shopping environment, and promote safety protocols. Qualifications & Skills: High school diploma or equivalent preferred; management experience in retail is a plus. Strong communication, organizational, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills are essential. Knowledge of cash handling, inventory management, and legal compliance required. Physical Requirements: Frequent walking, standing, lifting up to 40-55 lbs, bending, and occasional climbing. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with moderate noise.
