We are hiring for a Project Managerto lead the successful delivery of low-voltage and integrated system projects from kickoff through closeout. This role sits at the center of execution- partnering with estimators, field teams, and clients to bring complex projects to life with precision and accountability.If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy managing multiple stakeholders, and take pride in delivering high-quality installations, this is your opportunity to make an impact. What You’ll Own End-to-end project delivery - Manage projects from pre-construction through closeout, ensuring alignment with scope, schedule, and specifications Project planning & coordination - Partner with estimators and leadership to review scope, timelines, and system requirements Documentation & design oversight - Review submittals, evaluate shop drawings, and manage revisions tied to changes and approvals Material & vendor coordination - Ensure timely procurement and delivery of materials and services to keep projects on track Field execution support - Conduct site visits to verify quality installation and alignment with design specifications Cross-functional collaboration - Coordinate with subcontractors, installers, and other trades to resolve field issues and maintain progress Financial ownership - Manage change orders, review Schedule of Values, and support accurate project billing Project closeout leadership - Deliver punch lists, as-built documentation, training, and final project turnover packages What Success Looks Like Projects delivered on time, on budget, and to spec Strong communication across internal teams, customers, and partners Proactive problem-solving that keeps projects moving forward Accurate documentation and clean project closeouts What You Bring 2-3+ years of project management experience in low-voltage, construction, or related systems OR a 4-year degree in construction/project management with relevant experience Certifications such as RCDD, RTPM, or PMP are a strong plus Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously Strong communication, organization, and customer-facing skills Experience working with project documentation, drawings, and specifications Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools; exposure to AutoCAD is a plus Valid driver’s license with ability to travel to job sites as needed What to Expect Hybrid work between office, job sites, and customer locations Regular site visits and collaboration with field teams Limited overnight travel for training or industry events Why North Carolina Sound Work on high-impact, technically complex projects Collaborate with a high-performing operations and field team Gain visibility across leadership and project stakeholders Build a long-term career in a growing, specialized industry Competitive pay based on experience Benefits Health insurance coverage (Employer pays for 50% of employee base plan).
