Position Summary

We're in search of an adept and empathetic Ultrasound Technologist to enrich our dynamic imaging team. Utilizing cutting-edge ultrasound equipment, you will carry out essential diagnostic procedures, work closely with an enthusiastic team of healthcare professionals, and provide patients with the assurance they seek through diligent, precise imaging.

Key Responsibilities Include:

• Conduct a range of ultrasound exams, including abdominal, obstetric, gynecological, vascular, and small parts imaging
• Prioritize patient comfort and safety during scans, providing clear explanations at every step
• Collaborate effectively with radiologists and referring physicians to deliver high-quality diagnostic images
• Manipulate and maintain imaging equipment while promptly reporting any malfunctions
• Meticulously document all procedures and maintain accurate patient records within the electronic medical systems
• Stay abreast of the latest advancements in ultrasound imaging techniques and best practices

Educational Background

• An Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Diagnostic Medical Sonography or a related field
• Completion of a CAAHEP-accredited Sonography program is preferred

Required Certifications

• Current certification by the American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography (ARDMS) or comparable certification
• BLS (Basic Life Support) certification is preferred
