Manufacturing Engineer

We are looking for a Manufacturing Engineer – Tampa/Clearwater, FL Location: Tampa/Clearwater, FL Job Summary Designs and supports manufacturing processes, procedures, and production layouts for Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA), SMT products, modules, and subassemblies . Works closely with operations and engineering teams to improve manufacturing efficiency, quality, and production performance. Responsibilities Develop manufacturing processes and work instructions for CCA and module assemblies. Support production floor activities and continuous improvement initiatives. Interpret engineering drawings and specifications. Collaborate with design engineering to implement production improvements. Design, procure, and implement tooling. Support SMT, cable harness, and electromechanical assembly operations. Incorporate inspection and test requirements into manufacturing plans. Investigate manufacturing issues and implement corrective actions. Ensure compliance with specifications, regulations, and quality standards. Required Qualifications Experience with Circuit Card Assemblies (CCA) . SMT manufacturing experience. Familiarity with J-STD-001 . AutoCAD experience. Ability to read engineering drawings and write manufacturing processes/work instructions. #J-18808-Ljbffr
