CT Technologist (Computed Tomography)

Key Responsibilities

• Perform computed tomography imaging procedures using 64-slice CT scanners located within the main department and the Emergency Department
• Manage a high-volume caseload of approximately 80–100 patient exams per day
• Ensure accurate patient positioning, image acquisition, and quality control for all CT studies
• Collaborate with clinical staff across departments, including the Emergency Department, to prioritize and complete imaging requests
• Adhere to all radiation safety protocols and maintain compliance with facility and regulatory standards

Required Qualifications

• Active ARRT certification in Radiography and/or CT
• Valid state licensure as required
• Experience operating Aquilion Toshiba 64-slice CT scanners or comparable equipment
• Radiation monitoring badge (must be provided by candidate prior to start)
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume imaging environment
• Must meet facility background check disclosure requirements at time of submission

Preferred Experience / Skills

• Prior experience in an emergency department or trauma imaging setting
• Familiarity with Toshiba/Canon imaging systems and associated protocols
• Experience managing high daily exam volumes in an acute care environment
