Director, Learning & Growth (Remote)

Danaher seeks a Director of Learning & Growth to lead enterprise strategy and adoption of career pathing and talent marketplace capabilities. This remote role partners across HR, business, and technology teams to design scalable solutions connecting career pathways, skills intelligence, learning resources, and internal opportunities to strengthen talent mobility.

Responsibilities

• Develop and advance enterprise career mobility strategies enabling associates to identify growth pathways
• Lead strategy, roadmap, and adoption of talent marketplace connecting associates to projects, mentoring, roles, and experiences
• Integrate skills intelligence, learning, and career pathways to enable skills-based development and mobility
• Apply product management disciplines to roadmap development, user experience, adoption, measurement, and continuous improvement
• Collaborate across enterprise to build community of practice around career development and learning

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree with 8+ years managing talent, workforce, or organizational data
• Long-standing experience in talent management, career development, or internal mobility in global organizations
• Demonstrated success designing or scaling career pathing, talent marketplace, or skills-based development solutions
• Proven expertise applying product management practices including user research, roadmap development, and adoption planning
• Experience developing adoption, change management, and governance strategies for enterprise talent solutions
• Master's degree preferred

Compensation: $132,000-$232,000 base; eligible for bonus/incentive pay
