We’re seeking a highly skilled Senior Full Stack Engineer to serve as a technical leader on high-impact digital initiatives. In this role, you’ll drive architecture and strategy, mentor engineering teams, and ensure the successful delivery of complex software solutions for a diverse range of clients. You’ll act as a trusted technical advisor—bridging business objectives with strong technical execution from discovery through deployment.

Base Pay Range

$140,000.00/yr - $160,000.00/yr

What You’ll Do

• Own the architecture and technical strategy of assigned client projects, ensuring solutions are scalable, maintainable, and aligned with business goals.
• Communicate directly with stakeholders to translate complex business needs into clear technical requirements and actionable plans.
• Assign and delegate engineering work thoughtfully to balance strengths, opportunities for growth, and delivery needs.
• Lead and participate in code reviews, architectural discussions, and technical design sessions to ensure high-quality outcomes.
• Proactively identify risks and dependencies, escalating where needed to maintain momentum and project success.
• Champion consistency, quality, and maintainability across all code and project deliverables.
• Mentor senior and associate engineers, fostering technical development and professional growth.
• Represent engineering in cross‑functional discussions with product, design, and client leadership.

Qualifications

• Proven success leading the technical delivery of complex software products from inception to launch.
• Ability to architect robust, scalable, and maintainable systems with long‑term sustainability in mind.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts clearly to non‑technical audiences.
• Versatility across multiple programming languages, frameworks, and technical domains.
• Experience balancing short‑term deliverables with long‑term technical health.
• Demonstrated track record of coaching and mentoring engineers.
