Looking to get started in the cannabis industry? No previous cannabis experience is required.

Vangst is hiring Production Technicians to join our client, one of the country's leading cannabis companies. Our client is known for its high-quality products, well-known brands, professional facilities, and commitment to its employees and the communities it serves.

In this entry-level role, you will help make and package cannabis products in a clean, safe, and team-focused environment. You will receive clear instructions and training to help you succeed.

• Help produce and package cannabis products
• Follow simple recipes and step-by-step instructions
• Fill containers and apply accurate product labels
• Inspect finished products for quality
• Enter product information into the state tracking system
• Keep your work area clean, safe, and organized
• Work efficiently to meet daily production goals
• Follow all safety, quality, and cannabis compliance rules
• Communicate with your team and ask questions when needed
• Complete other production tasks as assigned

• Pay attention to details
• Can follow written and verbal instructions
• Enjoy working as part of a team
• Can complete repetitive, hands-on tasks accurately
• Are comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Have a positive attitude and are willing to learn
• Can accept feedback and adjust when procedures change
• Have basic computer skills

Experience in manufacturing, food production, packaging, warehousing, or inventory is helpful-but not required .

• High school diploma or GED
• Must be at least 21 years old
• Must have a valid driver's license or state-issued ID
• Must pass all required background checks
• Must meet state requirements to obtain a cannabis Agent Card
• Must remain compliant with all state and company cannabis regulations

• Ability to sit or stand for extended periods
• Ability to perform repetitive hand and arm movements
• Ability to bend, reach, grasp, and stoop throughout the shift
• Ability to safely lift and carry up to 50 pounds
• Comfortable working around cannabis and potential allergens, including tree nuts and coconut oil

• No previous cannabis experience required
• Hands-on training and clear instructions
