Position Overview
Communicate clearly and effectively to assist guests with course use and navigation
Learn and recognize guest names, when possible, to enhance customer experience
Prepare and stage golf carts in excellent working condition for daily use
Clean, inspect, and return carts to the cart barn free of debris and personal items
Ensure proper storage and organization of golf carts
Follow all safety procedures, including safe operation of golf carts and equipment
Inspect carts and equipment for damage; report issues promptly to the Director of Golf
Assist guests with loading and unloading golf bags; maintain a clean and organized bag drop area
Maintain cleanliness of guest-facing areas, including:
Player entrance and staging areas
Driving range and practice greens
Pro shop and restaurant surroundings
Starter station
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the cart barn and service areas
Collect and clean range balls from practice facilities
Maintain professional appearance and adhere to uniform standards
Participate in employee orientation and required safety trainings
Report guest concerns or complaints promptly to the manager on duty
Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor Qualifications Prior golf course or related experience preferred
Strong communication and customer service skills
Positive attitude and strong interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and perform physical tasks, including bending and standing for extended periods
Ability to work outdoors in varying weather conditions, including heat
Valid driver's license required
