Work Environment

Your work will take place onsite in our modern rehabilitation center, equipped with state-of-the-art facilities and treatment equipment. Our clinic operates from Monday to Friday, between 9:00 AM and 5:00 PM, fostering a balanced work-life schedule. Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality care by treating 1 to 2 patients per hour, focusing on outpatient orthopedic needs.
• Conduct thorough assessments of patient conditions using structured evaluation techniques to create individualized treatment plans.
• Utilize a variety of physical therapy modalities—such as therapeutic exercise, manual therapy techniques, and modalities like ultrasound and electrical stimulation—to enhance mobility and function.
• Document treatment progress meticulously using our electronic medical record (EMR) system to ensure accurate tracking and communication regarding patient care.
• Work alongside a multidisciplinary team, including physicians and other allied health professionals, to coordinate comprehensive care for our patients.
• Provide education to patients and their families regarding therapeutic exercises, lifestyle modifications, and ongoing care strategies to promote long-term recovery.

Patient Population / Client Focus

Our clinic serves a diverse patient population, ranging from post-operative orthopedic patients to individuals managing chronic conditions and injuries. You will work closely with patients of varying ages and backgrounds, tailoring your treatment methods to meet their specific needs and goals, fostering a strong therapeutic relationship while empowering them on their path to recovery.

Qualifications

• A Bachelor’s Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited institution is required. Candidates with a Master's or Doctorate in Physical Therapy will be prioritized.
• Possession of an active California Physical Therapist license or eligibility to obtain one within a specified timeframe.
• Proficient communication skills are essential for building rapport with patients and collaborating with colleagues effectively.
• Demonstrated ability to modify and adapt treatment plans based on individual patient needs and progress.

Preferred Experience

• A minimum of two years of experience in an orthopedic setting is preferred, but candidates with strong clinical acumen and a commitment to professional growth may still be considered.
• Experience with EMR systems and familiarity with outpatient therapy modalities will enhance your integration into our team.

Compensation and Benefits

The annual salary for this position ranges from USD 120,000 to 130,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
