As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help create a welcoming experience for every guest while working alongside a team that values people, hospitality, and personal growth. No previous restaurant experience? No problem. We'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

Chick-fil-A Beaverton Hills & Cedar Hills Blvd is locally owned and operated by Dean Hogan. A native Oregonian and Seaside High School graduate, Dean is passionate about investing in people and serving the Beaverton community he proudly calls home.

Schedule: 11:00 AM2:00 PM

Position Type: Part-Time

Pay: $17.00$17.50/hour

What You'll Do

As a Front of House Team Member, you'll help make every guest feel welcomed and cared for.

Your responsibilities may include:

• Welcome every guest with genuine hospitality and a friendly smile
• Take accurate guest orders while providing exceptional customer service
• Prepare and serve beverages, including Chick-fil-A's signature lemonade and fresh-brewed iced tea
• Deliver food to guests and make sure they have everything they need
• Keep the dining room clean, organized, and inviting
• Restock front-of-house supplies throughout the day
• Answer guest questions and resolve concerns with professionalism and care
• Work together with teammates to provide fast, accurate, and friendly service
• Follow Chick-fil-A standards for food safety, cleanliness, and appearance
• Support the restaurant's vision, values, and culture
• Perform additional duties as needed

• Can reliably work the 11:00 AM2:00 PM, 12:00 PM-3:00 PM, or 12:00 PM-5:00 PM Flex Shift 3 days a week
• Are proficient in English

Experience

Previous experience as a cashier, barista, customer service representative, restaurant crew member, or in food service is helpful, but not required.
