Tile is the primary focus of this position , but we specialize in complete bathroom renovations, so we're looking for someone who is versatile, takes pride in their craftsmanship, and is willing to work across multiple trades. What We're Looking For Extensive hands-on experience installing tile in showers, floors, and walls Strong knowledge of shower waterproofing, shower pans, proper layouts, and installation methods Experience with porcelain, ceramic, large-format tile, mosaics, niches, and detailed finish work Ability to work efficiently while maintaining excellent quality Experience with other aspects of bathroom remodeling, including framing, plumbing, drywall, trim, and finish carpentry, or a strong willingness and ability to learn Ability to troubleshoot problems, think independently, and find solutions Reliable, hardworking, and comfortable working as part of a team Strong communication skills and professionalism when working in customers' homes What We Offer Full-time, year-round employment Competitive pay based on experience and abilities Paid time off and paid holidays Consistent residential remodeling projects Opportunity to expand your skills and grow with an established company Important This is not an entry-level tile position.
