Responsibilities

Serve as primary contact for Brand Leads and senior leaders on forecasting deliverables and WW sales expectations
Develop and refine forecasting models using advanced statistical techniques and pharmaceutical data sources
Analyze competitive landscape and market dynamics to inform strategic decisions and risk identification
Provide recommendations on product development progression based on market conditions and financial projections
Create presentations translating complex forecasts for stakeholder decision-making and drive process improvements

Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or related field
6 years of experience in commercial forecasting, consulting, or related commercial role
Expertise in patient-based forecasting models and dynamic patient flow modeling
Advanced proficiency in quantitative analysis and Monte Carlo simulation techniques
Experience with pharmaceutical datasets including IQVIA, Xponent, and LAAD
Knowledge of global epidemiology data and market access frameworks
Oncology therapeutic area experience with immuno-oncology treatment paradigms

Compensation: $168,730–$204,224 base annually, plus stock, retirement, insurance, and bonus eligibility
