The Ford Agency is working with an Arlington-based national association to find a Coordinator to support their Membership Team. This is a great opportunity for a candidate with 1-2 years in a membership role with demonstrated experience with interpersonal interaction, managing data and logistics, and collaborating with others. This is a direct hire position with a hybrid work model.
Responsibilities Include:
• Assist members with renewal process and handle incoming inquiries
• Partner with other teams on membership initiatives
• Use various research resources to help members navigate solutions
Qualifications Include:
• Bachelor's Degree
• 1+ years of association membership experience
• Strong MSOffice skills along with Salesforce or other CRM experience
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and presentation skills
• Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize projects
Compensation:
• 55K+
Candidates for this position must be based in DC, MD, or VA area and available to start immediately.
