Mentorship at this practice is both structured and accessible. Dr. Kaplansky conducts monthly case review meetings in which associates present their cases for open clinical discussion. What You'll Do

• Deliver high-quality restorative dentistry to a loyal, established patient base of 8,000 active patients

• Diagnose accurately and develop sound treatment plans using VaTech CBCT, intraoral scanners, and intraoral cameras—neither over-diagnosing nor under-diagnosing

• Communicate treatment options clearly and honestly with patients in plain language, building trust rather than pressure

• Collaborate directly with in-house lab technicians on CAD/CAM restorative workflows

• Participate in monthly case review meetings with Dr. Kaplansky for structured mentorship and continued clinical development

Compensation

• 35% of collections

• Daily guarantee of $1,000/day

• No lab fees – all in-house lab work is fully covered by the practice
