We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) to join our growing clinical family. Employment Type Full-time Requirements Basic life support Cardiopulmonary resuscitation Licensed dental hygienist Licensure: Active State License as a Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH). Certification: Valid Radiology and CPR/BLS certifications. Communication: Exceptional verbal skills to effectively educate and build rapport with patients. Clinical Skills: Proficiency in modern periodontal therapies and ultrasonic scaling. Professionalism: A reliable, team-oriented attitude and a commitment to HIPAA compliance. Job Description Preventative Care: Perform thorough dental prophylaxis, scaling, and root planing with a focus on patient comfort. Clinical Assessments: Conduct comprehensive oral health screenings, including periodontal charting and oral cancer exams. Patient Education: Counsel patients on proper oral hygiene techniques and the link between oral health and systemic wellness. Radiography: Capture high-quality diagnostic X-rays and intraoral images to assist in treatment planning. Collaboration: Partner with the dentists to co-discover and present treatment plans to patients. Documentation: Maintain precise and detailed clinical notes within the patient's electronic medical record. Benefits Retirement: 401(k) matching.
