Unit Manager SNF
Job Summary:
HireCare Services - Rhode Island is seeking an experienced and compassionate Unit Manager to oversee the daily nursing operations of our assigned unit at Hathorne Hill Rehabilitation and Healthcare Center in Warwick, RI. As a key member of our nursing leadership team, you will be responsible for ensuring quality resident care, supervising nursing staff, and maintaining compliance with facility policies and regulations.

Responsibilities:
Supervise nursing staff and ensure quality resident care
Coordinate resident care plans with physicians, families, and the interdisciplinary team
Monitor clinical documentation, treatments, medications, and changes in resident condition
Ensure compliance with facility policies and state and federal regulations
Provide leadership, training, and support to nursing staff
Assist with admissions, discharges, care conferences, and staffing needs
Requirements:
Current Massachusetts RN license
Previous nursing home or long-term care experience required
Supervisory or management experience preferred
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Knowledge of clinical documentation and regulatory requirements
