SNI Financial is partnering closely with a leading manufacturer in West Springfield who is in search for a Cost Analyst to review and investigate labor and manufacturing variances while also participating in driving continuous process improvements. The Cost Analyst monitors changes and updates bills of materials along with analyzing and updating labor rates. The ideal candidate has at least four years of costing experience in a manufacturing environment and an analytical mindset would be a big plus!
