Job Overview Job ID: J51969 Job Title: Supply Chain Analytics Lead Consultant Location: Santa Clara, CA Duration: 11 Months + Extension Hourly Rate: Depending on Experience (DOE) Work Authorization: US Citizen, Green Card, OPT-EAD, CPT, H-1B, H4-EAD, L2-EAD, GC-EAD Client: To Be Discussed Later Employment Type: W-2, 1099, C2C Data Analysis & Insight Generation Lead the design, development, and maintenance of advanced dashboards and reports for monitoring key supply chain KPIs (e.g., inventory levels, demand forecast accuracy, on-time delivery, supplier performance). Perform in-depth analysis of large, complex supply chain datasets (planning, procurement, manufacturing, logistics) to identify trends, patterns, and root causes of inefficiencies specific to the semiconductor domain. Utilize statistical models, predictive analytics, and AI/ML techniques to improve demand forecasting, optimize inventory placement (especially high-value components/wafers), and mitigate supply chain risks. Develop network design and optimization models to rationalize operational assets and networks, considering international borders and trade compliance complexities inherent in the semiconductor value chain. Drive thought leadership by researching and analyzing market trends, competitor strategies, and industry benchmarks to provide strategic insights to clients or senior management. Supply Chain Optimization & Consulting Consult with cross-functional stakeholders (Planning, Manufacturing, Procurement, Finance, IT) to gather business requirements and implement data-driven strategies that drive operational excellence. Lead or support projects related to Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP), Material Requirements Planning (MRP), and inventory control strategy, particularly in a fabless, IDM, or foundry modelcontext. Identify opportunities for process improvement, automation, and digitalization across procurement (e.g., source-to-pay), manufacturing planning, and logistics. Provide expertise in integrating and optimizing data flow between various planning tools and ERP systems (e.g., SAP IBP/APO, Kinaxis, Oracle). Develop TCO (Total Cost of Ownership) models and business cases for strategic supply chain initiatives, securing buy-in from stakeholders. Stakeholder Management & Team Leadership Manage project workstreams, ensuring timely delivery of client-ready deliverables and value realization. Effectively communicate complex analytical findings and strategic recommendations to both technical and executive audiences. Mentor and coach junior analysts, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and analytical rigor.
