This role provides actionable insights into customer behavior, lead generation, and return on marketing investments, helping drive data-informed growth across Groundworks’ brands and markets.**Duties and Responsibilities*** Proactively monitor Paid Social and Display campaigns to identify red flags, positive/negative trends, areas of opportunities, benchmarks, etc.* Analyze user behavior, cohorts, and funnel analysis to drive insights for Product, Marketing, Lifecycle, Customer Experience, and Creative teams.* Perform in-depth analysis around audiences, attribution, and creatives to drive recommendations that drive ROAS.* Communicate the effectiveness of new creatives, campaign launches, and optimizations by leveraging internal and external data sources.* Analyze historical and operational metrics and iterate processes to drive top and bottom-line financial results.* Develop data layer and pixel implementation for development teams to implement.* Collaborate with internal data teams by managing the production of reporting, analysis, and report automation.* It is an essential function of this job that the employee regularly and reliably reports to work on time each working day.* Perform other duties as necessary or assigned.**Qualifications*** Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related field.* 3+ years of experience in marketing analytics, business intelligence, or related role.* Strong analytical and quantitative skills with proficiency in Excel and data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI, Tableau, or Google Data Studio).* Experience working with marketing platforms and CRMs (HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics, etc.).* Ability to interpret data and communicate insights in a clear and actionable way.* Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.* Excellent collaboration, presentation, and communication skills.* Experience in a multi-location, service-based organization preferred.**Working Conditions*** Full-time position based at Groundworks’ corporate office in Irving, TX.* This role has a salary of $65,000- $85,000.
