What you'll do:Lead the planning, budgeting, and monitoring of technology operations programs to ensure alignment with organizational goals.Develop and manage integrated program plans, defining scope, milestones, and performance baselines across multiple projects.Analyze financial and operational data to forecast risks, optimize resource allocation, and project return on investment.Collaborate with stakeholders to translate business requirements into technology strategies and drive execution of deliverables.Implement program monitoring tools and processes to track progress, identify issues, and recommend corrective actions.Influence decision-making through clear communication and data-driven insights, fostering alignment across business units.What you'll bring:Extensive experience in program and financial management, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control for large-scale initiatives.Proven ability to define program charters, manage multiple project tracks, and measure performance against established baselines.Strong knowledge of technology strategies and their alignment with business objectives to influence stakeholder decisions.Expertise in risk assessment, mitigation planning, and resource allocation across complex programs.Exceptional stakeholder management skills with the ability to build consensus and communicate effectively in ambiguous situations.Demonstrated capability to drive business operations, develop business cases, and implement continuous improvements.
