Position Overview Cityscape Healthcare is seeking a Mobile Clinical Assistant to support our providers in delivering high‑quality wound care services across clinic and in‑home settings. This role works directly alongside Nurse Practitioners and physicians, assisting with patient flow, documentation, and overall visit efficiency. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys a fast‑paced, patient‑focused environment and is comfortable traveling. Responsibilities Travel with providers to patient visits (clinic and in‑home settings) Help position patients and support providers during visits as needed Ensure providers have all necessary supplies and information for each patient Greet and assist patients in a professional and compassionate manner Maintain a clean, organized, and safe care environment Support real‑time charting within our EMR system during patient visits Accurately document visit details, treatments, and provider notes Ensure all required documentation is completed and submitted timely Assist with scheduling coordination and daily route preparation Maintain organization of supplies and inventory for mobile visits Communicate effectively with team members regarding patient needs and updates Other duties as assigned What We're Looking For Strong organizational skills and attention to detail Comfortable with technology and real‑time documentation Ability to work closely with providers and adapt to a fast‑paced environment Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Reliable, punctual, and able to manage time effectively Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation Compensation & Schedule Pay: Starting at $20/hour Full‑time opportunity with consistent daytime scheduling Travel throughout the Omaha and surrounding areas required Cityscape Healthcare provides equal employment opportunities to all employees and applicants for employment and prohibits discrimination and harassment of any type without regard to race, color, religion, age, sex, national origin, disability status, genetics, protected veteran status, sexual orientation, gender identity or expression, or any other characteristic protected by federal, state, or local laws.
