Location : Granite Mountain Upper Elementary school (Grades 5-6)

Full Time position - 10 month

Annual Salary: PUSD bases salary placement on years of prior experience and level of education. Please see salary schedule for specific amount.

+ Hiring Bonus of $4000 ($2000 to be paid when you begin and $2,000 to be paid at the start of year three)

• Medical Insurance valued at over $11,200 per year. PUSD has numerous health insurance plans available. The District covers 100% of the employees insurance premiums for four out of five plan options. There is also an option to purchase insurance for dependents at PUSD group rates.
• Life Insurance ($50,0000) with option to purchase additional for self and family
• Pension Plan with the Arizona State Retirement System: District matches employee contributions (Approximately 12%)
• Generous PTO / Sick Leave plan
• Opportunities for additional pay as an after-school club leader, coaching athletics, tutoring, etc. (all optional)

Requirements

• License as a Registered Nurse in Arizona
• IVP Fingerprint Clearance Card
