Job Overview Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) – Cottonwood Springs – Full time, nights, 3x12 shifts (7p-7a), rotating weekends. Provide therapeutic support to patients under RN direction. Key Responsibilities Support therapeutic milieu, ensuring schedule/program consistently delivered. Supervise patients and maintain safety. Treat patients and guests with respect and dignity. Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent. CPR and de‑escalation certification within 30 days of hire. Previous experience in a psychiatric health‑care facility with chemical dependency, dual diagnosis, psychiatric, or geriatric patients preferred. 1 year of experience in psychiatric inpatient setting.
