Are you a motivated sales professional who enjoys building relationships, working independently, and spending time in the field? We're seeking a Field Sales Representative to help launch and grow an innovative local delivery partner program across communities throughout Virginia.

In this role, you'll connect with local business owners, introduce them to a unique business opportunity, and guide qualified partners through the onboarding process. You'll manage your own territory, attend community networking events, and play a key role in expanding the program's footprint throughout the region.

What You'll Do

• Travel throughout an assigned Virginia territory to meet with prospective business partners.
• Conduct in-person outreach to local businesses and decision-makers.
• Present the delivery partner program and clearly communicate its value and benefits.
• Qualify interested businesses and guide them through the application and onboarding process.
• Build and maintain a healthy pipeline of prospects using Salesforce.
• Follow up with applicants to ensure a seamless and positive experience.
• Partner with local business organizations and community leaders to generate referrals and awareness.
• Support and participate in community events, including lunch-and-learns, networking events, and town hall meetings.
• Maintain accurate prospect and activity records within Salesforce.
• Utilize market research and local networking opportunities to identify new business prospects.
• Deliver exceptional customer service and act as a trusted resource throughout the recruitment process.
• Consistently achieve outreach, recruitment, and conversion goals within your territory.

What We're Looking For

• 1+ years of experience in sales, customer service, business development, or a related field.
• Outside sales, territory sales, or field-based experience preferred.
• Experience working with Salesforce or other CRM platforms.
• Strong communication, presentation, and relationship-building skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple prospects and priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated with a strong sense of urgency and accountability.
• Comfortable working independently in a field-based environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and general business technology.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Preferred Qualifications

• Prior experience in B2B sales or business development.
• Experience with customer negotiations and consultative selling.
• Familiarity with community outreach, networking events, or local business engagement.
• Experience maintaining CRM data and tracking sales performance metrics.
• Tech-savvy and comfortable using multiple systems and mobile applications.
• Highly motivated by performance incentives and uncapped commission opportunities.

Territory & Work Environment

This is a highly mobile, field-based role with the majority of your time spent visiting businesses and attending local events throughout your assigned territory. Target areas include Lynchburg, Roanoke, Emporia , and surrounding Virginia communities.

You can expect to spend 4 to 5 days per week in the field , with regular travel within approximately a two-hour driving radius. When not conducting visits, you'll work remotely managing your pipeline, following up with prospects, updating Salesforce, and planning future outreach activities.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $26.00 - $27.00/hr.
