Facility Maintenance Technician

Facilities Maintenance TechnicianPosition would require the candidate to be a W2 employee of Donatech. US Citizenship Required. Handles routine facilities issues and basic equipment troubleshooting ranging from electrical, mechanical, HVAC, and plumbing tasks. Follows work orders and or other general instructions, conducts inspections, logs completed work, and offers limited janitorial support (e.g., trash removal, floor cleaning) when workload permits or support is required. Qualified candidates possess a high school diploma/GED (trade certification or 1–2 years of hands?on maintenance experience preferred), can work independently and efficiently, demonstrate basic critical?thinking and problem?solving abilities, and are proficient with hand/power tools and basic electrical/mechanical systems. Physical requirements include lifting up to 50 lb, climbing ladders, and working in confined spaces with prolonged standing, walking, bending, and kneeling.
