Position Summary The Director of Health & Wellness is responsible for overseeing the delivery of resident care services, ensuring compliance with all applicable regulations, and leading the clinical team to provide exceptional care and service to our residents. What You Will Do Provide services in accordance with state and federal regulations and Department of Health guidelines Oversee resident care, ensuring quality, consistency, and compliance with community standards Participate in pre-admission assessments for prospective residents Perform admission, monthly, and periodic resident assessments for functional and cognitive status Review and revise care plans at admission, as required by regulation, and with any change in condition Ensure proper medication management, including administration and documentation following the five rights Review and transcribe physician orders accurately and in a timely manner Coordinate and assist residents with medical, dental, and laboratory appointments Lead and participate in staff development and training programs Ensure compliance with all personnel policies and community procedures Implement and oversee fire safety and emergency preparedness procedures during drills and actual events Maintain dependable attendance and scheduling reliability Perform other duties as assigned by leadership Why You Are Qualified Graduate of an accredited college or university in a related field (or equivalent combination of education and experience) Minimum of 2 years of progressive experience in senior living, long-term care, or a related healthcare setting Current LPN or RN license in the state of Georgia required Strong leadership, clinical, and organizational skills Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment Passion for providing high-quality care and enhancing the lives of seniors Why You Should Apply Competitive pay Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Generous Paid Time Off (PTO) program Opportunities for professional growth and advancement Supportive, team-focused work environment Additional Information All offers of employment are contingent upon successfully completing a criminal background check, reference checks, pre-employment drug screening, physical, and verification of employment eligibility.
