Your Key Responsibilities
- Manage Full-Cycle Searches from initial intake to successful placement.
- Serve as a Strategic Client Partner, gaining in-depth understanding of their hiring needs and organizational culture.
- Employ Strategic Sourcing utilizing our in-house CRM/ATS as well as leveraging your own networks and our communication tools.
- Utilize Our Advanced Platform to streamline candidate management, track outreach efforts, automate follow-ups, and ensure organizational efficiency.
- Prioritize Permanent Placements that generate enduring value for clients, and maximize your commissions.
- Contribute to Brand Thought Leadership as we enhance our brand values-and yours.

- You have at least 2-3 years of agency recruitment or consultative sales experience.

- You excel in relationship management and can confidently close offers.
- You are familiar with ATS/CRM systems, and we'll provide training on ours.
- You possess an entrepreneurial spirit and are keen to construct a sustainable career.
